ECORNER LIMITED WARRANTY
This limited warranty covers Ecorner-brand products and diesel heater components manufactured by ECORNER TRADE (“Ecorner”) and extends to the original end user purchaser (“original purchaser”) who uses the products for personal, family, or household use for the time periods from the date or purchase or date of delivery (if later than the date of purchase) specified below.

This warranty terminates when the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product to any other person. Because Ecorner cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to products that purchased from Ecorner or a Ecorner authorized seller in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Ecorner reserves the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.
Remedies Under This Warranty:
Subject to Ecorner’s inspection of the product, Ecorner will remedy defects in materials and/or workmanship by repairing or replacing, at Ecorner’s option, the defective product without charge for parts or labor, subject to the limitations and exclusions described in this warranty. In the event Ecorner is unable to provide a replacement and repair is not commercially practicable or cannot be timely made, Ecorner will provide a refund equal to the purchase price paid for the product.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover:
This warranty does not cover problems caused by normal wear and tear (including, but not limited to, scratches, dents, tears, or aesthetic oxidation of surfaces, or natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use), commercial or non-residential/personal use, accidents, damage due to abuse or negligence operation, or damage caused by modifications or repairs not performed or authorized by Ecorner. In addition, this warranty does not cover problems resulting from conditions beyond Ecorner’s control including, but not limited to, theft, misuse, or failure to assemble and disassemble our products or use the product in accordance with Ecorner’s written instructions or guidelines included with the product or made available to the original purchaser.
Any manufacturing defects typically show up on newer products or early in the product’s lifespan. Each situation is different.
Examples of issues that are excluded from warranty coverage:
- Impact
- Theft or damage from attempted theft
- Faded Colors/UV damage
- Tears in fabric (e.g., snags, rips); burns or other abrasions to fabric
- Material wear over time with use (normal wear and tear)
- Accident damage
- Incorrect assembly or installation
- Negligence- failure to store, clean, or maintain product in an effective manner
- Abuse
- Damage from unauthorized alterations or modifications
- Damage from the use of non-compatible parts or products
- Damage from improperly operated ( Use uncertified fuel, Not placed horizontally while using the product etc.)
- Second-hand ownership / used products
Warranty Claim Process
The original purchaser should contact Ecorner by e-mail at: order@ecorneroutdoor.com or phone +1 (669) 326-7637 for warranty claim instructions.
Upon contacting Ecorner directly, a Ecorner technician will provide the original purchaser with appropriate instructions. The original purchaser should be prepared to provide (1) description of the alleged defect, (2) photographs of the same, and (3) receipt or proof of purchase demonstrating when and where the product was purchased. In some instances, the original purchaser may be responsible for mailing the product to Ecorner at their cost or, in other instances, a prepaid shipping label may be provided.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR THE ISSUANCE OF A REFUND IS THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY. DAMAGE OR INJURY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER, TO HIS OR HER VEHICLE, RV, OR ANY KIND PROPERTY, AND/OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON OR PROPERTY IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY MADE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
ECORNER’S SOLE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE REMEDY SET FORTH ABOVE. IN NO EVENT WILL ECORNER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS OR LOST SALES). SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
